What is the grand-opening offer?
Enjoy 5–20% off sitewide at launch. No code needed—discounts are shown in cart and at checkout. Offer may change or end without notice.
Are your prices really lower than Amazon?
For many items, our prices are 5–20% lower than comparable Amazon listings. Market prices change frequently; comparisons are checked periodically and may vary by shade/pack size. This is not an Amazon endorsement.
Do you price-match Amazon or other stores?
We don’t offer price matching. Our goal is to keep pricing fair every day.
Can I stack discount codes?
Unless stated otherwise, promo codes can’t be combined. Grand-opening discounts are automatically applied and typically can’t be stacked with other offers.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.
Is shipping free?
Yes—free standard US shipping on orders over $25 (subtotal after discounts, before tax and shipping). Orders under the threshold show shipping options at checkout.
How long will delivery take?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes a few business days after dispatch, depending on your location and carrier.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO?
Many standard services support PO Boxes and APO/FPO; availability appears at checkout based on your address.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Major debit/credit cards and popular express checkouts (shown at checkout). All payments are processed securely.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t entered fulfillment, we’ll do our best to help. Contact us ASAP with your order number.
I never received my package / it arrived damaged. What do I do?
Reach out to us with your order number and photos (if damaged). We’ll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Due to hygiene standards for cosmetics, we accept returns of unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. If your item arrived damaged or there’s a quality issue, contact us so we can assist.
How do I start a return?
Email support@mascarune.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll reply with next steps.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Original shipping fees (if any) are typically non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Where can I see the ingredient list?
Each Product Detail Page includes full ingredients and key claims (e.g., waterproof, ophthalmologist-tested, suitable for sensitive eyes where applicable).
Are your products vegan/cruelty-free?
Check the Product Detail Page for vegan and cruelty-free indicators; these vary by formula.
Any tips for sensitive eyes?
Start with formulas labeled for sensitive eyes, avoid aggressive rubbing during removal, and patch-test if you’re reactive. Discontinue use and consult a professional if irritation occurs.

Do I need an account to order?
No, but creating an account lets you track orders, view history, and save preferences.
